Jimmy Thompson, MSHRM (He/Him) has a diverse background in human resources, spanning various industries. Jimmy has recently worked as the Director of Talent Management at Liquid I.V. since March 2022 and previously held the position of Senior Team Growth Manager from March 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Planet Blue from July 2019 to August 2020. Prior to that, they served as an HR Consultant at Lovisa Pty Ltd from November 2018 to June 2019. Jimmy gained valuable experience as the Human Resources Manager at Michael Kors from August 2016 to October 2018 and as the Regional HR Manager at Yusen Logistics (Americas), Inc. from April 2015 to August 2016. Jimmy also held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at The William Craig Company (WCCI) - Real Estate Appraisal Firm from May 2012 to April 2015. Jimmy began their HR career as a Human Resources Specialist in the US Army from April 2007 to September 2011.

Prior to that, they completed their high school education at McKinley High School in an undisclosed year. Following their bachelor's degree, Jimmy pursued further education at Capella University, where they attained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Jimmy studied at Capella University from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, in April 2017, Jimmy obtained a certification as an Achieve Global Trainer from the Miller Heiman Group.
