Rodrigo Rincon Prada

Rodrigo Rincon Prada has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rodrigo is currently working at Liquid Wind as a Technical Project Manager since 2022. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they worked at Steeper Energy as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Technical Project Manager, where they led a team in the development of engineering design for commercial scale plants producing renewable biofuels. At Haldor Topsoe A/S, Rodrigo worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer from 2016 to 2020, focusing on the engineering design of reactor internals, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers. Before that, from 2012 to 2016, they were a Plant Layout and Piping Engineer at Haldor Topsoe A/S, responsible for layout design, basic and detailed engineering of piping systems, and design of plant layouts based on PFDs/P&IDs. From 2007 to 2012, Rodrigo worked as a Piping/Mechanical Engineer at COWI A/S, involved in layout design, detailed design, stress calculations, and hydraulic analysis of piping systems for the oil and gas industry. Rodrigo started their career as a Design Engineer at ACASI Machinery from 2003 to 2004, where they were responsible for proposing improvements and designing filling, labeling, and capping machinery. Rodrigo began their career at Otepi Consultores from 2001 to 2003 as a Piping Engineer, focusing on detail design, material selection, and stress analysis of piping systems for the oil and gas industry.

Rodrigo Rincon Prada holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Oil and Gas Engineering, which they obtained from Aalborg University between 2004 and 2006. Prior to their master's degree, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering at Universidad Simón Bolívar from 1996 to 2002. Additionally, Rodrigo has obtained several certifications, including "Managing Projects with Microsoft Teams," "Improving Your Leadership Communications," "Managing Project Stakeholders," "Leadership: Practical Skills," "Leading Projects," "Project Management Foundations: Teams," and "Project Management Simplified." These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn between 2020 and 2022.
