Josima Singh

Josima Singh has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Josima started their career as a CCS Collections Officer & Specialized Portfolio Collections Officer at Commonwealth Bank in 2015. In this role, they handled inquiries, complaints, billing questions, and payment/extension service requests for a portfolio of delinquent accounts. Josima also trained and supervised a team of 14 employees.

In 2016, Josima joined CommSec as an Equities Associate, where they provided exceptional customer service, placed client trading orders in the market, monitored market trends, and offered technical assistance to stakeholders.

After that, they joined Solium Capital by Morgan Stanley in 2017 as a Settlements/Reconciliations Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for all operational aspects of global money movement, FX transactions, and international share movements. Josima also coordinated with transfer agents and broker partners, investigated and resolved issues, developed training guides, and reconciled bank and brokerage trade activity.

Since 2019, they have been working at Liquidnet as a Trade Services (Financial Market Operations) Analyst. Here, they services primarily APAC clients, both domestically and internationally, ensuring high-quality client delivery. Josima has taken the initiative to lead and manage new processes and enhancements, improving workflow and processes for Liquidnet and their high-value clients.
