Karen Walton

Karen Walton began their work experience in 2012 as a Personal Assistant at Pelham Bell Pottinger, where they worked with a team involved in Financial Public Relations. During this time, they managed a team of seven diaries and successfully organized various events, including a conference in South Africa. In 2013, Karen joined Lloyds Banking Group as a Financial Contractor, where they initially worked as a case handler within the payment protection insurance complaint sector. Karen was later promoted to a role as a measurement analyst, managing a team and improving processes to enhance customer service. In 2015, Karen joined Liquidnet as a Trade Services Analyst, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of client trades for Fixed Income and Equity products. Karen also set up and maintained customer accounts within Liquidnet and their clearing agent. Karen has a strong background in managing teams and improving processes to achieve operational excellence.

Karen Walton earned a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Criminology from The University of Sheffield between the years 2005 and 2009.
