Melvin Yee

Melvin Yee's work experience includes being the Global Tax Director at Liquidnet Holdings Inc since February 2010. Before that, they served as the Director of Taxes and Finance at ACA Capital from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, they held the role of AVP Tax at Centre Solutions from December 2001 to December 2003. Melvin also worked as a Senior Tax Manager at KPMG LLP from March 1999 to December 2001. Earlier in their career, they were an Accounting / Tax Manager at Howe & Addington LLP, where they prepared and reviewed corporate, partnership, and high net worth individual income tax returns and conducted tax research on various issues. Melvin started their career as a Senior Tax Accountant at Grant Thornton LLP and gained initial experience as an Experienced Staff Accountant at Arthur Andersen.

Melvin Yee obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Baruch College, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.
