Vick Chau

Vick Chau has a solid work experience in the IT industry. Vick is currently employed as the Deputy Regional Head of IT Infrastructure and Service Management at Liquidnet since January 2023. Prior to this, Vick held the position of Head of IT Infrastructure & Operation at ICBC International from March 2021 to December 2022. Before that, they worked at ORIX Asia Limited as an IT Infrastructure Manager, Team Head from May 2018 to March 2021. Vick also gained valuable experience at Allianz Global Investors where they held various roles including Global Project Manager, Assistant Vice President, Network Analyst, and Help Desk Analyst from 2008 to 2018. In the early stages of their career, they worked as a Help Desk Engineer at Deutsche (China) T-Systems China from September 2006 to March 2008.

Vick Chau has a Master's degree in MSc Ecommerce & Internet Computing from The University of Hong Kong, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computing and Information Systems from Oxford Brookes University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Vick Chau has additional certifications including the Bloomberg Tech Training Certification from Bloomberg LP, the CFA Institute Investment Foundations from the CFA Institute, and the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from ITIL Certified.
