Brandy Hamilton

Brandy Hamilton, CSP, has a wealth of experience in the field of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management. Brandy started their career as an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager at Goodman Manufacturing in 2005, where they developed and implemented training programs and managed a team of ESH coordinators and technicians. In 2012, they joined AkzoNobel as an HSE&S Manager, where they maintained and improved the EHS&S Management System and provided leadership for the implementation of the Process Safety Management Program. From 2013 to 2014, Brandy worked as an EH&S Leader at Industrial Insulation Group, LLC, leading a team of EH&S technicians and managers and driving environmental compliance and industrial hygiene improvements. In 2014, they joined three different companies. At Weatherford, they served as the Global HSE Manager for Engineered Chemicals. At Lubrizol Oilfield Solutions, they held the position of Senior Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security Manager (Global), where they led a team of EH&S coordinators and implemented environmental programs and an Environmental Management System. Finally, at LiquidPower Specialty Products Inc. (a Berkshire Hathaway Company), Brandy became the Global Director of HSE, responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental initiatives. Brandy'sexperience spans multiple industries and regions, showcasing their expertise and leadership in HSE management.

Brandy Hamilton, CSP, holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Occupational Health & Safety from Columbia Southern University, which was obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Occupational Safety & Health from the same institution, from 2005 to 2009.

In addition to their academic degrees, Brandy has obtained several certifications in their field. These include being a Certified Safety Professional from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals since 2013. Brandy is also a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) from DRI International (Disaster Recovery Institute) since 2021 and a RIMS-Certified Risk Management Professional from RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc.) since February 2021. Brandy holds a Certificate in Executive Leadership & Management from the University of Notre Dame, which was obtained in 2016. Brandy also has certifications in Certified Behavior Based Ergonomics Specialist, Certified Industrial Hygiene Management, Certified Safety & Health Officer, Environmental, Health and Safety Management, and OSHA 10 & 30 Hour Instructor, but the exact dates of these certifications are not provided.
