Mario Rosales has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Mario started their career at Softtek in 1997 as a Gerente de Fabrica SAP, where they worked until 2001. Mario then joined STK de Venezuela as a Gerente Comercial SAP until 2008. Following that, they worked at Oracle as a Channel Manager from 2008 to 2011. Mario then moved on to CeleriTech as the Director Regional Línea Pyme, overseeing operations in Panama, Peru, and Venezuela. Mario achieved significant sales growth and received recognition as a Top 100 SAP globally and a Top 10 in SSSA and Caribe multiple times until 2018. Later, they served as the Head of Business Latam at Itop Consulting from 2018 to April 2022. Mario then joined Platzi as an Enterprise Sales Director until February 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Sales at Lirmi.com.

Mario Rosales completed their Master In Business Administration degree at Westfield Business School from 2018 to 2019. Mario obtained a degree in Dirección de Ventas from IESA in 2007-2008 and an Ingeniero en Computación degree from Universidad Simón Bolívar from 1990 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Mario also has various certifications, including Curso Básico de Seguridad Informática para Empresas, Curso Gratis de Programación Básica, Curso de Técnicas de Negociación, Fundamentos de Ingeniería de Software, Curso de CRM con Salesforce, Curso de Comunicación Online con Slack, and NDA: Understanding Platzi's Business Model, all obtained from Platzi in 2022. Mario also completed SAP S/4 Hana certification from SAP in October 1996.
