Kathryn Shantz

Kathryn Shantz has over 20 years of experience in clinical operations, starting as a Clinical Data Coordinator at Wyeth Research in 2000. Kathryn then moved on to roles at AstraZeneca, where they worked as a Study Delivery Operations Specialist, Sr. Study Operations Specialist, and Operations Leader for External Scientific Research. Kathryn continued their career at NextCure Inc. as Director of Clinical Operations, followed by a role as Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Ascentage Pharma. Currently, they serve as the Executive Director of Clinical Operations at Lisata Therapeutics, Inc. throughout 2022.

Kathryn Shantz completed their Bachelor of Science in Biology at Penn State University from 1995 to 2000. Kathryn later obtained a Master of Science in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs from Temple University in 2013.
