Jeremy Terry has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jeremy began their career at Walmart in 2004, starting as a Sales Associate and later transitioning to the role of Assistant Store Manager. In 2009, they became the Asset Protection/Safety and Compliance Store Manager. From 2010 to 2015, they served as an Assistant Store Manager. In 2016, Jeremy joined Academy Sports + Outdoors as an Operations Manager. Jeremy then moved to Listerhill Credit Union in 2019, initially working as a Process Improvement Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at Listerhill Credit Union.

Jeremy Terry attended the University of North Alabama from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management.
