Karen Benner Painter

Karen Benner Painter is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Southern Homes of the Carolinas since July 2020 and as a Real Estate Broker Associate at Listing Leaders since January 2019. Previously, Karen worked as a Broker Associate at Re/Max Oak Realty from June 2013 to December 2018, specializing in facilitating real estate transactions in Marshall and surrounding counties. Prior to their real estate career, Karen was the Cook/Owner of Karen's Kitchen, where dinners-to-go were prepared, and a cookbook was published. Additionally, experience includes a role as Project Manager at the University of Notre Dame, coordinating design projects, and as a Mortgage Loan Originator at 1st Source Bank, where Karen originated mortgage loans and ensured client satisfaction. Karen holds a BA in Communications from Purdue University, earned in 1994.
