Dean Fenton

Dean Fenton has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Dean started their career in 1999 as a Network Infrastructure Build-Fibre/Splicing technician at BT - Global Services. Dean then advanced to roles such as Senior Global Infrastructure Project Manager and Senior Global Service Delivery/Improvement Manager, where they oversaw the successful delivery of complex projects and ensured operational excellence within the organization. In 2017, Dean joined Backbone Connect Ltd as a Senior Customer Success Executive, where they provided IT solutions and maintained relationships with clients. Dean also held the position of Head of Fibre Delivery at Hyperoptic Ltd., where they managed the national fiber infrastructure rollout. More recently, Dean worked at G.Network Communications as the Head of Field Engineering Infrastructure Backbone BT PIA and Cabinets, leading the construction and deployment of external fiber infrastructure. Dean is currently working as the Head of Network Operations at Lit Fibre, starting in 2022.

Dean Fenton attended Redden Court School for an undisclosed duration but did not receive a degree or pursue any specific field of study during that time.
