Shahid Ali

Shahid Ali has extensive experience in network operations and telecommunications spanning several companies. Shahid most recently worked at Tuatahi First Fibre as the Head of Network Operations. Prior to that, they held roles at Sky New Zealand, where they served as the Network & OTT Operations Manager and the SMC Team Lead. At Sky, they established the Network Operations Centre and transformed the OTT team into a proficient technical unit. Earlier in their career, Shahid worked at Vodafone as a Team Leader in the Network Operations Center and as a Technical Lead. Shahid also worked at TelstraClear as a Complex Faults Specialist, Premium Support Specialist, and Business Support Specialist. Throughout their career, Shahid has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in network protocols, and a commitment to resolving critical incidents and maintaining effective communication.
