Engaged in management support and field improvement projects for domestic and overseas companies including the non-profit sector at McKinsey & Company. After that, he participated in the NPO Teach For Japan as COO. He joined LITALICO Inc. in March 2016 after earning an MBA from UC Berkeley and returning to McKinsey & Company. As the president's office manager, he is in charge of new business planning and policy proposals. In November of the same year, he became an executive officer. He is the director of the LITALICO Junior Child Development Support Division.
