Dunja Diklic

Dunja Diklic has extensive experience in freight operations and business support, currently serving at LITASCO Middle East DMCC since June 2019, where responsibilities include managing vessel fleets and overseeing various operational claims. Prior to this, Dunja played a significant role in the expansion of LITASCO’s office from 15 to 180 employees, implementing scalable processes and leading a complex office relocation. Previous experience includes positions as a Business Development Executive at Calethon Construction SA, where client relations and project specifications were managed, and as a Business Development Coordinator at Almco Oil & Gas, negotiating projects and enhancing profitability. Dunja began the career as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at FIAFI GROUP, providing administrative support. Educational qualifications include a Master's in International Relations from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor's in Film Production from the Academy of Art in Novi Sad, Serbia.
