Shu-Li Hsiao

Shu-Li Hsiao is a Principal Product Development Engineer at 光寶科技 since November 2020, previously serving as a Principal Optical Engineer at 晶碩光學股份有限公司 from February 2017 to November 2020, focusing on advanced optical designs for contact lenses. Prior to this, Shu-Li held the position of Senior Optical Engineer at Everlight Electronics, where responsibilities included LED packaging optimization and lens design. Experience also includes a Senior Optical Engineer role at E Ink Corporation, specializing in front light module development and optical performance enhancement. Shu-Li began the career as an Engineer Intern at Philips Lighting, working on optical simulations for LED technologies. Educationally, Shu-Li holds a PhD in Optics/Optical Sciences from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, obtained in 2013.
