Kinjal Popat

Kinjal Popat has extensive experience in user experience and design leadership. Currently, they work as the Sr. Director of User Experience and Technical Communications at Litera, starting in 2023. Prior to this position, Kinjal worked as a freelance UX advisor and design leadership coach in 2022. Kinjal also served as the Head of User Experience and Research at Xactly Corp from 2019 to 2023, where they mentored and recruited a distributed team of designers and researchers. From 2017 to 2019, Kinjal was the UX Leader at Hitachi Vantara, responsible for defining strategy and vision for UX in the enterprise organization. Additionally, they co-founded and led the UX and product aspects of itsPotluck.com and LoPOPs from 2014 to 2017. Before that, Kinjal held positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, Orbitz Worldwide, IBM, and The Hartford, where they gained valuable experience in UX leadership and design.

Kinjal Popat holds an MBA from California Coast University, specializing in an unspecified field of study. They also have a Diploma in Computer Application from H.A. College of Commerce in Gujarat, India. Additionally, Kinjal holds a Certificate in Flash Scripting from the Institute of Multimedia Arts and Graphic Effects in Chennai, India. They have completed their education with a degree in Commercial Arts from Sheth C. N. College of Fine Arts in Gujarat, India.
