Caitlyn Lancaster

Caitlyn Lancaster is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in retail marketing operations and brand strategy. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Retail Marketing Operations for the Northwest Region and CRM Marketing at Lithia & Driveway since June 2020, Caitlyn has held various senior marketing roles within the company, including Senior Marketing Manager for both the Northwest and Southeast Regions. Previously, as Director of Marketing at Goode Motor Auto Group from January 2014 to June 2020, Caitlyn managed comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple franchises. In addition to industry experience, Caitlyn held leadership roles in the Magic Valley Advertising Federation as President and Vice President, and worked as an Account Executive at Cable ONE Advertising. Caitlyn's career began at Red Lobster, followed by internships that provided foundational marketing experience. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with an emphasis in Advertising/PR and a minor in Marketing from Idaho State University.
