Matt Abele

Matt Abele, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Vice President of Talent at Lithko Contracting since May 2025, Abele has previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Kiewit, overseeing operations in energy markets and Mexico. Prior to Kiewit, Abele was the Director of Human Resources at Caddell Construction, where responsibilities included leading HR strategies across multiple states and countries. Earlier in the career, Abele held various HR roles at BBVA and Colonial Bank, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and HR metrics. Abele holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Auburn University at Montgomery.
