Gintare Lapienyte

Gintare Lapienyte has a diverse work experience in various industries. They started their career in 2010 at Swedbank Lietuvoje, where they were responsible for preparing and localizing product and process documentation. In 2013, they worked as a technical writer at No Magic, Inc., where they prepared user manuals and help files for software products. Also in 2013, they joined Jet Maintenance Solutions as the head of the quality department and later became the business process quality manager. In 2020, they moved to JetMS Regional as the quality manager and head of the quality department. In 2022, they joined Lithuanian Airports as the head of business process and risk management. Currently, they are working at Transporto kompetencijų agentūra as a specialist in the safety and quality division and as a senior inspector in the airworthiness division. In their roles, Gintare has been involved in tasks such as auditing and inspecting organizations, overseeing maintenance activities, managing quality processes, and preparing documentation.

Gintare Lapienyte completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General at the Faculty of Informatics @ Vytautas Magnus University from 2002 to 2007. Gintare then pursued their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Systems Engineering at the University of East London from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, Gintare has obtained several certifications in various fields, such as PART-21, Safety Management System (SMS), Business and Data Analysis, Python, PART-145, Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS), Fuel Tank Safety Continuation, Human Factors Continuation, Bombardier BD-700 Series, Level 1, EASA Part-145, EASA Part-M, Audit Techniques, Human Factors Initial, and Hawker Beechcraft BAe 125 Series.
