Heather Wendt

Heather Wendt (Baggs) is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) and compensation management. Currently serving as Sr Manager of HRIS at Littelfuse since June 2022, Wendt has previously held key roles at Lhoist, including Senior HRIS & Compensation Manager and Senior Manager, HRIS, from October 2017 to June 2022. Prior experience includes positions at Pioneer Natural Resources Company as HR Supervisor and HR Partner/Senior HR Generalist, and project management roles at DayNine Consulting, Inc., and CUNA Mutual Group. Wendt began their career as an Employment Specialist at UW Credit Union.
