Jacob L. Ochieng

Jacob L. Ochieng has extensive experience in various leadership roles in logistics and commercial development. Jacob L. has worked as the Head of Business-Logistics at Little App, where they collaborated with the CEO and COO to align the company's logistics output with the company's goals. Jacob has also served as the Head of Commercial at Amitruck and Sendy Ltd, managing teams and achieving significant growth in gross merchandise value (GMV). Furthermore, they worked as the Country Manager and Regional Head for East Africa at Sproxil, handling markets in Kenya and Tanzania. Prior to that, Jacob was the Category Head at Kenafric Industries Ltd, responsible for product development and management in regional markets. Jacob L. also held the position of National Sales Manager at Kenya Nut Company Ltd, expanding distribution and commercializing new products. Lastly, Jacob worked as the CG Head of Sales at EAST AFRICA GLASSWARE MART LTD, where they successfully grew sales and developed the general/informal trade market.

Jacob L. Ochieng completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Nairobi from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained various certifications related to business and logistics. In 2022, they completed certifications in "Foundations of Raising Capital," "Designing Growth Strategies," "Digital Transformation in Supply Chains," and "International Logistics" from LinkedIn.
