Matt Farrell

Matt Farrell has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles and industries. Matt is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Niobium Microsystems. In 2013, they founded Farrell Management Group, where they provided strategic solutions and leadership development services to clients of all sizes. As a Partner at 14fifty Partners, they continued to contribute their expertise. Matt also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence and Business Advisor & Mentor at The Entrepreneurs' Center. Matt co-founded Little Bear Labs and served on its Board of Advisors. Matt was a part of the founding executive team at Tangram Flex. Matt was also the Co-Founder & Vice President of Product Management at Krush Technologies and held various roles at Spitfire Technologies, LLC (Krush Technologies) and ooVoo Labs (Krush Technologies). Matt started their career as a Consultant at Dayton Development Coalition.

Matt Farrell has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton. Matt also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance & Business Economics, also from the University of Dayton. Additionally, they have completed graduate coursework in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Texas A&M University. Prior to their higher education, Matt attended Archbishop Carroll High School for college preparation.
