Eric Tinoco

Eric Tinoco has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the tech, retail, and eCommerce industries. Eric is currently working as a Mentor at Tech.Rocks, where they share their knowledge and experiences. Prior to this, they served as the CIO at LittleBIG Connection from 2020 onwards. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as the Leader Digital eXperience at onepoint. Before that, they were the Head of front office developments at Mailjet from 2015 to 2018. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Head of eCommerce IT service at Monoprix. Eric also worked at e-merchant, a subsidiary of Pixmania Group (Dixons Retail), where they held the positions of IT Project Director from 2011 to 2013 and IT Web Projects Manager from 2007 to 2011. Eric started their career as a Lead Developer at Helvetius Ingeniering from 2001 to 2007.

Eric Tinoco attended UPMC Polytech from 1999 to 2002 and earned a degree in Ingénieur Génie Logiciel with a field of study in Informatique. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Jean Baptiste Corot from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Map Sup/Map Spé, with no specified field of study.
