Gary Whitney

Gary Whitney is an experienced executive in global learning and development, currently serving as the Vice President of Global Learning & Development at Little Caesars Pizza since August 2022, overseeing the learning initiatives across 5,500+ stores in over 26 countries. Prior to this role, Gary was the Chief Executive Officer of Whitney Consulting Group, LLC, focusing on global learning strategy and organizational transformation from January 2019 to August 2022. Gary's extensive background at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) spanned 16 years, holding multiple senior positions including Vice President of Global Learning. Gary holds a Master’s degree in Restaurant, Hotel, Institutional, and Tourism Management from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Southwest Minnesota State University.
