Dr. Kathleen N. currently serves as the Behavior Services Coordinator and Behavior Analyst at Little Friends, Inc. since December 2023 and is the Founder and Owner of Superhero Behavior LLC, operational since August 2022. Dr. Kathleen has extensive experience in behavioral analysis, having previously worked as a Behavior Analyst at The Place for Children with Autism and held multiple roles at RCM Health Care Services, including Manager of National ABA - Home Division. Earlier positions include serving as a Clinical Manager at Easterseals Hawaii and a Social Skills Coordinator at Positive Behavior Supports Corp. Dr. Kathleen began a career in behavioral therapy as a therapist at BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services and has foundational experience in the banking industry as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Bank of America.
