Little League International
Carol Place-Neff has a strong background in leadership and administration. Carol worked as the Director of Human Resources at Little League International from 2001 until present, where they managed various aspects such as employee benefits, recruitment, and training. Before that, they served as the Director and School Administrator at Newport Business Institute from 1998 to 2001, overseeing academic programs and school policies.
Carol Place-Neff obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business/Finance from Lycoming College in 1996. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Business Management/Accounting from Williamsport Area Community College. In 2008, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
