Dylan Mistrille

Dylan Mistrille has extensive experience in emergency medical services and law enforcement. As an EMT Instructor and Emergency Medical Technician for MEMS since October 2003, Dylan maintained ambulance operations, ensured scene safety, coordinated with hospitals for patient care, and established protocols for the Search and Rescue Team, while also contributing to EMS Academy training and policy revisions. Dylan participated in the special operation response team for natural disasters, provided Honor Guard services, and collaborated with various agencies as part of Arkansas Task Force One. Additionally, experience includes roles as a Reserve Patrol Officer with the Alexander Police Department, a Probation Parole Officer with Arkansas Community Corrections, a Police Corporal with Menifee Police Department, and a Police Officer with Conway Police Department, where Dylan led training initiatives and specialized in tactical response and emergency medical care for law enforcement personnel.
