Kylie Roulet

Kylie Roulet has a diverse work experience, starting as a Swim Teacher at Bear Paddle Swim School from February 2018 to June 2019. During this time, they taught a total of 189 students and achieved a safety compliance rate of 100%. Kylie received recognition for having the most graduated students across all ten swim schools and was awarded Employee of the Month in April and May 2019.

Following their role at Bear Paddle Swim School, Kylie worked as a Sales and Marketing Representative for the same company from June 2019 to October 2020. Kylie led a successful fundraising initiative, engaging with 36 local businesses, media outlets, and organizations to raise funds in honor of Super Ben Messer, a swim student's late brother.

In 2020, Kylie took on two internships simultaneously. Kylie joined Guiding Light Mentoring as a Social Media Manager Intern from September 2020 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for content creation, post scheduling, and follower engagement on the company's social media accounts. Kylie was also invited to photograph a community panel discussion event on social justice.

During the same period, Kylie worked at RetireMEDiQ as a Marketing Intern from October 2020 to April 2021. Kylie'sresponsibilities included designing aesthetically pleasing collateral to elevate the company's branding, developing social media campaigns to enhance follower engagement, and coordinating day-to-day projects across multiple teams.

Most recently, Kylie joined Little Sleepies in August 2021 as a Graphic Designer.

Kylie Roulet attended the University of Cincinnati from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing. Kylie obtained their degree in April 2021.
