Salpy Talian

Salpy Talian has extensive work experience in the field of art direction and design. Salpy is currently employed as a Senior Art Director at Little Sleepies since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Alltrue (formerly known as CAUSEBOX) from 2018 to 2022, where they held the positions of Senior Art Director and Art Director. In these roles, they were responsible for directing photo and video production for e-commerce, social, and editorial content. Salpy worked closely with the creative director to establish the art direction from concept to completion and collaborated with various teams and crew members throughout the production cycle. Salpy also provided on-set art direction and created a comfortable and fun working environment. Before Alltrue, they worked as an Associate Art Director and Senior Designer at The Guitar Center Company in 2018. At TOMS, they worked as a Senior Designer from 2017 to 2018 and as a Graphic Designer from 2012 to 2017. Salpy began their career as a Graphic Designer at BrandingIron Worldwide INC. in 2007 and briefly worked as a Production Designer at Smashbox Cosmetics in the same year.

Salpy Talian obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Graphic Design from FIDM in 2007. In addition, they obtained certifications such as "Certified Brand Strategist" from LEVEL C in February 2021, "Certified Brand Specialist" from LEVEL C in 2020, and "Web Accessibility Specialist: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0)" from IAAP - International Association of Accessibility Professionals in 2016.
