Kerri Jimenez

Kerri Jimenez is an experienced professional in the food safety and quality assurance sector, currently serving as Vice President of Quality and Food Safety at Little Spoon since July 2023. Prior to this role, Kerri worked as an Internal Consultant at Kettle Cuisine and held the position of Vice President of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Freshly from October 2017 to February 2023. Kerri has also held various leadership roles at Natural Food Works, LLC, Boulder Brands, Sara Lee Baking Co, and FRITO LAY, gaining extensive expertise in operations, quality, and safety throughout a career spanning over two decades. Kerri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, earned between 1991 and 1996.
