Fuqi Liu

Fuqi Liu is an experienced professional in food safety and quality management, currently serving as Vice President of Food Safety and Quality at Impossible Foods since November 2015, having previously held the position of Food Safety and Quality Director within the same company. Prior to this role, Fuqi Liu was the Food Safety and QA Director at Revolution Foods from June 2010 to November 2015 and served as Director of Quality Assurance at FullBloom Baking Company from April 2006 to November 2010. Earlier in the career, Fuqi Liu held the position of QA Manager at Harmony Foods from November 2003 to April 2006 and at The J.M. Smucker Company from May 2000 to November 2003. Responsibilities have included leading and executing plant quality systems and collaborating with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and manufacturing personnel.
