Stefan Niemczyk has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. In 2007, they began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they gained valuable skills in investment banking and worked on deals and transactions with clients and global collaborators.
In 2008, Niemczyk transitioned to a role as a Retail Sales Manager at Sur La Table, where they managed sales and provided customer service. Stefan then joined Citrin Hospitality in 2009 as a Lead Line Cook and Event Cook, responsible for executing menu items and providing off-site support for events.

Most recently, in 2023, they joined Little Spoon as the Director of External Manufacturing Operations, overseeing the company's operations related to external manufacturing.
Additionally, throughout their career, Niemczyk has also utilized their expertise to support startups and emerging brands in the food industry through their platform, Scratch Made. Stefan provides strategic guidance, research, product development, and operations management to early-stage businesses.
Stefan Niemczyk obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Bucknell University, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts from 2008 to 2010.
