Jamal G. Charles

Jamal G. Charles is an experienced operations director currently serving at Little Switzerland, overseeing multiple markets in the Caribbean, including Aruba and the Bahamas, since December 2013. With a strong track record in retail management, Jamal has previously worked as Island Manager and Boutique Manager at Breitling, where responsibilities included maintaining global operational standards. Prior to Little Switzerland, Jamal held roles such as Area Manager and Store Manager at Colombian Emeralds, managing duty-free operations and driving sales performance. Jamal began a career in customer service and telemarketing with positions at LIME and the Bank of St Lucia, complemented by academic credentials including a BA in Economics from Carleton University and a diploma from Sir Arthur Lewis Community College.
