Joshua Cole Carver

Joshua Cole Carver has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Joshua Cole started their career at Envista as a Staff Accountant from December 2008 to December 2010. Joshua Cole then moved on to Security Benefit, where they worked as a Sr. Accountant & Sr. Financial Analyst from January 2011 to March 2013. After that, they joined Payless ShoeSource as a part of the Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting team from March 2013 to April 2015. Currently, they are working at Littler Mendelson since May 2015 as the Director - Business Optimization. In this role, they lead the business optimization department, collaborating with business leaders, data governance, and implementing best practices to improve operational efficiencies, revenue growth, and profitability.

From 2006 to 2010, Joshua Cole Carver attended Washburn University where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. During their time there, they completed a quadruple major in Accounting, Finance, Management, and Economics.
