Kyle Davis

Kyle Davis has over 25 years of work experience in the IT industry. Kyle is currently the Director of Enterprise Engineering & IAM at Littler, a role they started in March 2022. Prior to this, they were the Senior Manager of Enterprise Engineering at Littler from 2016 to 2022.

Before joining Littler, Kyle worked at Fenwal, Inc., a Fresenius Kabi Company, where they held various management positions. From 2012 to 2015, they served as the Senior Manager of Global Client Services, overseeing a team of 20 members and providing technical direction to non-US support technicians. Kyle also managed remote global Service Desk technicians and set desktop computing and mobile device management strategies. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2012, Kyle was the Desktop Engineering Manager at Fenwal, where they managed US desktop support technicians and administered the global SCCM 2007 environment. Kyle also set the global desktop computing strategy. Earlier in their tenure at Fenwal, from 2009 to 2010, Kyle served as a Senior Desktop Engineer, administering the global SCCM 2007 environment and managing application packaging, deployment, and license reporting.

Kyle's previous experience includes roles at Hospira and Abbott. At Hospira, from 2008 to 2009, they were the Team Lead of Server and Desktop Implementation, leading teams and representing IT Infrastructure for new projects. At Abbott, from 2004 to 2008, they held the position of Team Leader in Desktop Architecture and Management, managing desktop infrastructure and providing direction, training, and assistance to support technicians. Kyle also worked as a Group Leader of Desktop Architecture and Management at Abbott from 2001 to 2004, leading a team and setting divisional standards.

Additionally, Kyle has experience working at Wells Fargo Financial as a Senior Change Management Analyst and at Abbott as a Senior Technical Support Analyst, where they managed teams and developed standards and procedures.

Kyle Davis has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Technology - Graphics Communications from Illinois State University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Agile Project Management from lynda.com in September 2015 and in ITIL 2011 Foundation from EXIN in 2014.
