Molly Dubuque has a diverse range of work experience in the field of behavior analysis. Molly began their career in 2008 as a Behavior Analyst at Advanced Child Behavior Solutions, LLC, where they worked until May 2012. From August 2012 to December 2015, Molly served as the Practicum Director at Spalding University. Molly then joined the University of Louisville in January 2016 as a Behavior Analyst until September 2019. Molly's most recent role was at LittleStar ABA Therapy, where they worked as the Clinical Director from October 2019 to February 2021. Currently, Molly holds the position of Vice President of Clinical Standards and Outcomes at LittleStar ABA Therapy.

Molly Dubuque obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2008. Molly then went on to earn their Master of Arts degree in the same field from the same university, completing their studies in 2008. Molly also holds additional certifications, including being a Licensed Behavior Analyst since September 2012 and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since August 2008.
