Kristina Johnson

Kristina Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kristina has worked as a Strategic Partner Director at Litum, where they were responsible for establishing and managing key partnerships. Kristina has also worked as an Air Force Fellow at AFWERX, where they facilitated collaborations between technology developers and Airman and Guardian talent. Kristina founded Top Cover Tech, an IoT provider and industry consultant, and served as the Head of Business Development at Luna XIO, a disruptive technology company. Additionally, Kristina has held positions such as Commander of the 168th Security Forces Squadron at the Air National Guard and Director of Global Channels & Strategic Partnerships at Kontakt.io. Kristina has also worked at Stanley Black & Decker, both as the Director of Cross Business Development in Asia Pacific and as a Regional Manager for STANLEY Healthcare. Kristina's work experience also includes roles at US Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard, where they served as a Force Support Officer and Flight Commander, respectively.

Kristina Johnson has a diverse education history. Kristina obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Troy University between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. degree in Business with a focus on Marketing and Leadership from the University of New Hampshire-Manchester in 2013. In 2016, Kristina completed the U.S. Air Force Officer Training School and became a Commissioned Officer, 2nd Lt. with a specialization in Organizational Leadership. Kristina also holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force, which they completed between 2007 and 2013. Additionally, in 2010, they received a certification as a Certified Instructor in Tactical Automated Sensor Systems from Lackland Air Force Base. Kristina has further enhanced their knowledge and skills with various certifications, including "Leadership in 21st Century Organizations" from Copenhagen Business School, "Project Management Professional (PMP)" from the Project Management Institute, and "Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace" from ESSEC Business School, all earned in 2020.
