Sergio di Nola

Sergio Di Nola is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in law and academia. Currently serving as a Partner at CDRA Avvocati since March 2016, Sergio also holds significant roles in various organizations, including as a board member and oversight committee member at Fondazione Monte di Lombardia and SPV LINEA M4 S.P.A., respectively. Additionally, Sergio has contributed as the President of the oversight committee at Caseificio La Marchesa and co-founded the Associazione Italiana Esperti Composizione Crisi, where Sergio is the Vice President. In academia, Sergio is a professor of Business Law at Luiss Business School and Università Mercatorum, while also teaching Commercial Law at LIUC - Università Cattaneo since 2010. Sergio’s educational background includes advanced degrees in Law and Economics, as well as Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
