Pam Sacree

Pam Sacree currently serves as the Global Head of People & Culture at LIV Golf, leading strategic initiatives focused on talent management and organizational transformation across multiple offices. Prior to this role, Pam held the position of Chief People Officer at ROX Strategy and FIRST, where efforts centered on aligning people functions with organizational priorities. Pam also contributed significantly as SVP of People Practices Development at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp., enhancing employee experience and fostering a culture change. Experience includes leadership roles at Cablevision, AIG, and Citi, where a strong emphasis was placed on talent management, organizational design, and strategic HR practices across diverse regions and industries. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Human Resources Development from the University of Johannesburg and a BA (Ed) Hons in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of the Witwatersrand.
