Cristina Orsingher

Cristina Orsingher, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Cristina Orsingher, is currently the Vice President of Human Resources International at LivaNova, starting in 2021. Previously, from 2013 to 2019, they held various roles at LivaNova, including Vice President of Human Resources International and Director of Human Resources Intercontinental. Before joining LivaNova, Cristina worked at Eaton Corporation as an Organizational Development HR Manager in 2013 and at GE Oil & Gas as an Organization Learning Development Manager from 2010 to 2013. From 2005 to 2010, they worked at GE Oil & Gas, where they served as an HR Manager for multiple countries and later as an HR Staffing Manager. Cristina began their career at GE Energy as an HR Staffing Manager and also worked at GE Healthcare and Teva Pharmaceuticals as an HR Specialist.

Cristina Orsingher, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, which they obtained in 2002. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Contemporary History at Università degli Studi di Milano, graduating in 2002. In addition to their academic qualifications, Cristina has obtained several certifications and participated in various training programs, including the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in 2022, the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in 2021, and the Green Belt Six Sigma certification from General Electric Manufacturing Company in 2008. Cristina Orsingher, has also completed leadership programs at London Business School and INSEAD and received coaching-specific training from Coach U, Inc.
