Elodie Maertens

Elodie Maertens has worked in various HR roles throughout their career. Elodie started in 2004 as a Sales and Recruitment Consultant at Modis International, where they created the Permanent Recruitment Business Unit for the Aerospace department. Elodie then moved on to Accenture in 2007, working as an HR Business Partner and overseeing employee career development and implementation of HR policies. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Business Manager at Nexios IT before joining LivaNova. At LivaNova, they held multiple positions, starting as the Senior Human Resources Manager for Europe, then becoming the HR Director for the Benelux, UK, Switzerland, Nordics, and Iberia region. Eventually, they took on the role of HR Director for APAC, France, and then APAC and Growth Markets, where they led HR operations and various strategic initiatives.

Elodie Maertens holds a Master's degree in European Studies from the Université catholique de Louvain, which they obtained in 2004. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2003, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Translation (English-Spanish) at Haute Ecole 'Léonard de Vinci', Bruxelles.
