Erin Swim has extensive work experience in various roles within human resources and supply chain management. Erin is currently the Human Resources Director at LivaNova. Prior to that, Erin worked at Procter & Gamble for over 18 years, where they held positions such as Human Resources Director, Site HR Director, MSO Site Leader, and Operating Department Leader. Before joining Procter & Gamble, they worked as a Senior Regional Leader at Primerica Financial Services. Erin also has a strong background in supply chain management, having served as a Chemicals Supply Chain Manager, Material Supply Manager, and Supplier Business Development Manager at Procter & Gamble. Erin has a proven track record of successfully managing budgets, optimizing supply chains, and leading manufacturing operations.

Erin Swim holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Series 6, 63, 26, and 65 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in 2005.
