Michael Mazanec has a diverse range of work experience in the field of training and development. Michael began their career as an Assistant Professor at Rochester Institute of Technology from 2001-2005. Michael then moved on to become the Director of Training and Development at Harris Interactive, where they led the organization in designing and delivering training programs in various areas. In 2013, they joined Wood Group Mustang as the Manager of Training and Organizational Development, overseeing a team of professionals and developing training programs for a global workforce. Most recently, they have been working at LivaNova, first as the Senior Manager of Global Training & Development and Internal Communications, and currently as the Director of Global Talent Management and Learning & Development.
Michael Mazanec earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Fresno in 1991. Michael went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the same university, completing it in 1993.
