Rina Thompson

Rina Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Rina started their career as a Software Specialist at Stryker in July 2003 and moved on to become an Operations Specialist within the same company from July 2004 to August 2008. Rina then joined Bausch + Lomb in September 2008 as a Data Analyst Data Operations, and later transitioned into the role of Product Manager from May 2013 to August 2016. Rina Thompson is currently working at LivaNova since September 2016, where they have held the positions of Operations Manager from September 2016 to July 2021, and Director Human Resources Operations from August 2021 to February 2023. Rina will continue their role as Director Human Resources Operations from March 2023 onwards.

Rina Thompson pursued their Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 2008 to 2010.
