Vittorio Morizio has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Vittorio started their career at Fiat Spa as a Manufacturing and Logistic Manager, leading the design and implementation of a highly productive car assembly factory. Vittorio then worked at natuzzi as a Director in operations for ten years. After that, they held the position of Managing Director at IMPE - Natuzzi Group for a year. Following this, they joined Sorin Group as the Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain in the Cardiopulmonary division for seven years. Vittorio then moved on to LivaNova, where they held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain, Vice President of Manufacturing, and Vice President of R&D, Clinical and Regulatory. Within these roles, they were responsible for managing international teams, developing new products, overseeing clinical activities, obtaining regulatory approvals, and managing product lifecycles.

Vittorio Morizio participated in a leadership program at the London Business School in 2018. In 2013, they also received certification in leadership from the CCL (Center for Creative Leadership). Vittorio holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the Politecnico di Torino.
