Channing Cason

Channing Cason is an experienced asset manager and real estate investor with a strong background in accounting and financial oversight. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at LivCor, a Blackstone Company, since March 2022, Cason also operates Channing C LLC, focusing on real estate investments through fix & flip and buy & hold strategies. Prior experience includes roles as an Asset Manager at Vitus – Communities of Opportunity, where Cason maximized property performance for an affordable apartment portfolio, and as Real Estate Accounting Manager at Elliott Bay Capital Trust, overseeing accounting functions for a significant property portfolio. Cason began the career as a Financial Reporting Accountant at Vulcan Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Iowa State University.
