Richard Pachino

Richard Pachino is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate, corporate affairs, and entrepreneurship. Since August 2006, Richard has served as a Restaurant/Retail Specialist at Real Estate, and concurrently holds the position of Director of Corporate Affairs at Oxford and Simpson since November 2001, focusing on tenant and landlord representation through proactive business development. Additionally, Richard has been an entrepreneur at MB Precious Metals Inc. since April 2013, specializing in buying and selling precious metals. Richard is also an Investor and Platinum Founding Affiliate Member of Live Green since November 2016. Previously, Richard excelled as the Director of Sports Markets/Sales at Internet Pictures Corporation, establishing significant client relationships within the sports and entertainment sectors. Earlier experience includes managing Hersh’s Orchard Inn/Ralphie’s Diner from June 1982 to January 1999, achieving over $3 million in yearly sales.
