Shawn Matiossian

Shawn Matiossian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across leading organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Live Nation Entertainment, responsibility includes leading the global Talent Acquisition COE function and driving innovation and transformation in recruitment strategy. Previous roles include Chief of Staff and Senior Manager in HR at The Walt Disney Company, and Senior Lead in Talent Acquisition at Dine Brands Global. Shawn's career also encompasses significant positions at Live Nation Entertainment, where the focus included corporate, sponsorship, artist management, and more, as well as at Lionsgate, specializing in film and television. Shawn holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Claremont Graduate University and an MBA from California State University-San Bernardino.
