The Leadership Team at Live Oak Contracting, comprised of the President & CEO, Vice President of Operations, and Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for steering the company's strategic direction, overseeing operational efficiency, and ensuring fiscal responsibility. They work collaboratively to set goals, drive growth, and maintain high standards of quality and performance across multifamily and commercial construction projects. This team also focuses on fostering relationships with stakeholders, including clients, design teams, and subcontractors, to deliver premium products on time and within budget.
